The Rock & The Rabbi is a mix of original acoustic music and storytelling that brings to life the close and personal friendship between Peter (the Rock) and Jesus (the Rabbi). Celebrating 15 years of performances in theaters across the country, The Rock & the Rabbi features music and lyrics by Danny Hamilton, story by Gary Richardson, and has played many times at the famous Fireside Theater in Fort Atkinson. Returning to play the lead roles are Gary Richardson as the storyteller, Nashville recording artiste David Wise as the Rock, and Nashville artist Jason Eskridge as the Rabbi.

Lake Lawn Wellness Weekend – February 15-17, 2013
Lake Lawn Jump-starts 2013 with Wellness Weekend for the Whole Family

Lake Lawn Resort will be hosting their first Wellness Weekend, Feb. 15-18. The weekend is set to include fitness classes, yoga, meditation, cooking demonstrations and special seminars. In addition, Lake Lawn will be hosting a Zumba-thon on Saturday with all proceeds benefiting the Delavan Boys and Girls Club. For full access to Lake Lawn’s Wellness Weekend, wristbands can be purchased at just $40 for adults and $10 for children 12 and under. Wristbands for Friday evening only are $25 for adults and $5 for children, and for Sunday’s events, $15 for adults and $5 for children.
“We hope to encourage participants to develop healthy changes in their lives while staying motivated to reach their goals,” said Director of Spa Operations, Christine Showalter. Outdoor family activities will also be on the agenda, including snowshoeing, cross-country skiing and ice-skating. Plus, a variety of local health and beauty vendors will be onsite to share information and demonstrate their products and services. Lake Lawn’s weekend package features two nights in a Luxury Lodge King Room for $319, and includes complimentary admission to all wellness activities, plus a $25 food and beverage credit per person and a welcome bag valued at $40 per room.

Lake Lawn Winterfest Weekend January 18 – 20, 2013
Lake Lawn returns to their tradition of winter fun by bringing back Winterfest January 18 – 20. Featuring a dynamic line-up of events for the whole family. Room rates start at just $99, but Winterfest is open to both guests of Lake Lawn and the community.
The Frontier Restaurant and Lookout Bar and Eatery will be in full swing offering comforting classics and a seasonal menu that is sure to warm guests from the inside out. Calladora Spa Grand Opening
Calladora Spa is our newest addition at Lake Lawn Resort. The fully redesigned and reinvented Lake Lawn Spa will provide two levels of day spa and salon services. The beautiful main floor entrance, located just off our private courtyard patio, will welcome guests into reception, manicure & pedicure services, hair design as well as original retail shopping.
