DESCRIPTION:Celebrate New Year’s Eve in style with our grand buffet.  Begin with artisan cheeses\, an antipasto tray and classic salads before heading to our seafood bar featuring oysters\, mussels\, smoked lake trout and peel and eat shrimp.  Then it’s off to our carving station for garlic parsley pesto rotisserie leg of lamb and roasted New York strip loin with wild mushroom ragout.  Hot buffet delights include lobster bisque and fillet of sole julienne.  Save room for our festive New Year’s dessert station featuring cakes and pastries.
