DESCRIPTION:Lake Lawn Resort and Geneva Lake Art Association Arts Festival Benefiting the Boys & Girls Club of Walworth County.    Lake Lawn Resort along with The Geneva Lake Art Association is excited to present the first annual Lake Lawn Arts Festival benefiting The Boys & Girls Club of Walworth County the weekend of July 20\, 2013.    Lake Lawn Resort strategically located mid-way between Chicago\, Milwaukee and Madison\, it offers one of\, if not the most picturesque and perfect venues for any Arts Festival in the country. Located in the center courtyard\, amongst giant oak and elm trees\, the Festival offers plenty of space\, shade\, easy load in and out\, ample free parking for any size vehicle\, convenience for guests and a full host of amenities found no- where else. In addition\, with over 2 miles of lakefront shoreline\, acres of land\, relaxing environment\, Lake Lawn will soon become the Arts Festival of the Mid-West.  Lake Lawn is also pleased to announce that for the weekend of the Festival\, we are completely sold out meaning upwards of 600 guests will be here the entire weekend.    Last summer Lake Lawn Resort had an event “Cars That Time Forgot” that drew over 4\,000 spectators. Early this year Lake Lawn held an Easter event with over 1\,000 participants.    With years of experience having regularly held races\, marathons\, fishing derbies\, regattas and numerous business conventions you can be assured of the easiest\, smoothest\, well attended event you have ever experienced.    Lake Lawn Resort will also provide marketing outreach to all of southern Wisconsin\, Northern Illinois\, as well as the Chicago\, Milwaukee and Madison markets.    A “Meet the Artists” barbeque with live musical entertainment will kick off the weekend on Friday\, July 19. We are planning to have workshops\, children’s entertainment\, an art tent and live musical entertainment featuring a variety of performers. Food stands featuring barbeque favorites will also be spread throughout the resort for artists and guests to enjoy during the event.    Lake Lawn Resort has made arrangements with near-by local Inns and resort to provide rooms at discounted rates for artists.
