Join Neb Lukic, President of DAOU Family Estates, Lake Lawn Resort’s new Executive Chef, Ryne Harwick, and the team from Lake Geneva Country Meats for a unique opportunity to indulge in some of DAOU’s finest wines as you enjoy four exquisite courses paired with hand selected wines ranging from a refreshing rosé to the true crown jewel of DAOU, the award-winning Soul of a Lion Cabernet Sauvignon.

First Course 

Array of Amuse Bouche 
Scallop Ceviche with mango and lemon curd, wasabi green and petit radish salad tossed in white shoyu vinaigrette. 
Belgian Endive and strawberry salad spear with WI blue cheese foam and candied pecans 
Lamb Kefta with cucumber vinegar tzatziki, dill salad and roasted heirloom tomatoes

Second Course 

Pressed apple cider brined local pork belly, over Granny Smith apple risotto, with aged WI parmesan, apple tuile, lemon apple butter and fennel pollen salad 
Paired with DAOU Bodyguard Chardonnay 

Third Course 

Porcini and roasted garlic crusted Wagyu Ribeye with Dauphinoise potatoes, roasted hen of the woods mushrooms and thyme demi-glace 
Paired with DAOU Soul of the Lion Cabernet Sauvignon 

Fourth Course 

Espresso Opera cake with hazelnut sponge, coffee buttercream and Callebaut dark chocolate mirror glaze
