We’ll be exploring and sharing some of our favorite drink recipes both past and present that helped create those fun times and continue to do so. Here’s a seasonal twist on one of our favorites:
Apple Jack Brandy Old Fashioned
For our Brandy in keeping with the season a new product from Yahara, which is made right here in Wisconsin with Wisconsin Honeycrisp Apples. This brandy exudes tastes of baked apple, buttery caramel and honey aromas. Finishing with a bourbon barrel vanilla fade. Mmm Highly rated by the Beverage Tasting Institute.
- 1 1/2 oz Yahara Bay Apple Brandy
- 3/4 oz simple syrup or muddled sugar cube/bitters
- 3/4 oz lemon juice
- 1/4 oz real grenadine
Shake with ice, strain into chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with apple slice or cherry.
