IS A DEPOSIT REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF RESERVATION?

Guest Rooms & Suites require a deposit of one night’s package/room rate, 13.5% taxes, and $26 Resort Fee plus 5.5% taxes at the time of booking. At check-in you will be asked for a credit card to authorize for the remaining amount of your stay plus $50 per night for incidentals.

For Resort Homes, at the time of reservation, a minimum 50% deposit of entire stay is due. 90 days prior to arrival the remaining 50% is due for a full reservation prepayment.

In addition to the nightly rental fee, Lake Lawn Resort will charge a security deposit of $250 per reservation night as a security deposit to the registered guest’s credit card at the time of check-in. This security deposit is a requirement of check-in. This security deposit is for items including but not limited to, damage, missing property, or the remedy to repair & replace such item(s). The registered guest(s) is/are responsible for all actions and consequences caused by all invited guests to the home including being liable for any and all damage or missing property. Lake Lawn Resort reserves the right to pursue all criminal and civil remedies available for making the resort financially whole in the event of any losses sustained. After passing inspection of the home, within 24 hours after checkout, the security deposit will be released. For any damage or missing property, notification will be made to the registered guest within 48 hours after checkout.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

Guest Room & Suite reservations canceled 72 hours or more prior to arrival receive a full refund of the deposit. Reservations canceled within 72 hours of the arrival date forfeit the entire deposit amount. Dates of stay may be rescheduled without a fee 72 hours or more prior to arrival; note that rates for the new dates may differ.

For Resort Homes, No refunds on cancellations within 60 days of arrival. Cancellations greater than 60 days in advance of arrival will receive a full refund. Changes in arrival dates or departure dates are subject to the same deposit and cancellation policy.

CAN A RESERVATION BE MADE FOR SOMEONE OTHER THAN THE CREDIT CARD HOLDER? (Letter of Authorization)

Yes. The following steps are required for a guest to check-in if that person is not the credit card holder:

  1. Click here to open and print the Credit Card Authorization Form.
  2. Complete the form in its entirety, including the signature of the credit cardholder.
  3. Obtain photocopies of the card holder’s photo ID.
  4. Fax the completed form and copy of the photo ID to 262.728.1929 to the attention of Reservations.

ARE PACK n’ PLAYS AND/OR ROLLAWAY BEDS AVAILABLE FOR RENTAL?

Yes, Pack ‘n Plays are available and complimentary for all guest rooms. Rollaway beds are available in the Lodges guest rooms for $10 per night plus taxes. Rollaway beds are not available in the Lakewood guest rooms.

CAN I REQUEST TO HAVE ROOMS LOCATED NEAR/NEXT TO EACH OTHER?

If you are making the reservations for both guest rooms you may request that the rooms be located next to each other. While we will strive to accommodate your request, this arrangement cannot be guaranteed.
If you are requesting to have your room located next to one reserved by someone else, we require both parties to make this request independently. This can be done by calling Reservations at 800.338.5253 (please have your confirmation number available). Once both parties have confirmed, the requests will be added to the reservations. While we will strive to accommodate the requests, this arrangement cannot be guaranteed.

WHAT IS THE RESORT FEE?*

The resort fee, which is required on all reservations and is in addition to the nightly room rate, allows you to experience all that Lake Lawn Resort has to offer. For your convenience and to create the most memorable experience possible, we have created the following package of activities, events, and services, all included in our nominal resort fee of $26 per night plus sales tax.

  • Friday guest reception with complimentary wine and flavorful snacks.
  • Seasonal resort entertainment at the Lookout Bar and pools
  • One hour complimentary rental on activity equipment such as tennis, basketball, snow sports, and lawn games
  • Seasonal resort discount vouchers totaling over $100 in savings
  • Hosted recreational activities and games daily
  • Special seasonal and holiday events
  • Nightly bonfires
  • Fitness center, pools, Bucky’s Playhouse, and more
  • On-site transportation within the city of Delavan
  • Complimentary parking
  • WiFi throughout the resort
  • In-room coffee
  • Local phone calls, 800 calls, and credit card calls from the guest room

Activities, events, and services are subject to availability and weather conditions and are subject to change.

WHAT ARE THE CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES?

Check-in time begins at 4pm. Should you arrive early, you may pre-register for your guest room at the front desk and start exploring Lake Lawn Resort’s grounds, amenities, and services.

Check-out time is 11am for Guest Rooms & Suites. Check-out time for Resort Homes is at 10am. If your schedule allows, after you have checked out, we invite you to stay and enjoy the resort’s grounds, amenities, and services.

IS LAKE LAWN RESORT PET FRIENDLY?

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at Lake Lawn Resort or in Resort Homes. Service animals trained to assist individuals are welcome.

IS SMOKING PERMITTED WITHIN THE RESORT AND GUEST ROOMS?

Per Wisconsin State Statute 101.123 Wisconsin Act 12, smoking is not permitted in any enclosed public areas, including the rental homes, guest rooms and suites.

ADDITIONAL POLICIES FOR RENTAL HOMES

• Check out for Resort Homes is 10 AM
• Some Resort Homes are equipped with exterior home grill(s). Available grill may be used by the adult occupants if the grill is positioned a minimum of 12 feet from the home and monitored during the entire time a flame is present. Renters are responsible for cleaning the grill after use.
• Absolutely no smoking or vaping allowed within the home.
• Absolutely no open flame within or outside of the home, including, but not limited to, candles and bonfires, aside from the allowed food grill usage if supplied at the home.
• Homes are not equipped with landline phones. Be prepared for emergencies by having cell phones that can be used on cellular and/or Wi-Fi calling services.
• Up to 3 vehicles are allowed for parking at each home. No street parking allowed. Additional vehicles can be registered at the resort front desk and given permits for parking throughout the resort with resort shuttle service available upon request. No boats, trailers, golf carts, or RV parking allowed at the Home. Arrangements can be made with the resort front desk for resort parking.
• Homes will be provided with an initial stock of basic supplies such as: laundry soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, towels, bedding, bath soap, hand soap, shampoo, garbage bags, toilet paper, and facial tissue. The need for additional supplies becomes the responsibility of the renter.
• Stayover service and refresh of linen and terry may be provided at a charge if reserved with the front office with at least 24 hours advance notice.
• Each home’s nightly rate includes up to 8 guests. Additional guests can be added up to the maximum occupancy limit per home. Each additional person is $20 more per night and includes needed wristbands for use of resort amenities and pools. The occupancy number will be listed during the reservation process for each home. Renters found to have more guests visiting than registered may be evicted without refund.
• Renter is to place all garbage in the supplied garbage bags and subsequently placed in the trash receptacles found within the home garage.
• Harbor Club home renters may experience periods of neighboring construction noise during trade operation hours.
• Although subject to change, lawn maintenance typically occurs in season on Thursdays with weather backup day on Friday. Please keep the yard clear during the site of our lawn crew team.
• During times of snow/ice renters may be requested to temporarily move or reposition their vehicles for the clearing process.
• Some homes may have identified owners or storage closets/cabinets that are strictly reserved for the homeowner usage. These areas are not to be tampered with.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • Only food and beverages purchased on the property may be consumed in Lake Lawn Resort public areas and meeting rooms.
  • For the safety and health of our guests, barbecue grilling and fireworks are not allowed on the property.
  • Firearms, weapons, and concealed carry of any kind is prohibited.
  • Registered guests must be minimum 18 years of age to make reservation and check-in.  State or Federal issued photo ID required.
  • Hoverboards, Segways, roller skates, rollerblades, skateboards, and scooters are not permitted inside the resort.
  • Resort Quiet Hours are midnight-6am.
