Lake Lawn Resort is located in Southeastern Wisconsin and is just minutes from Lake Geneva and Downtown Delavan. A popular and convenient destination from Milwaukee, Madison, Chicago, Rockford, and Northern Illinois, it is the perfect place to dock your boat. The resort occupies two and a half miles of shoreline on beautiful Delavan Lake, is a wonderful getaway destination during any season. In addition to our 165-slip marina, Lake Lawn Resort offers 271 exceptional guest rooms, a 22,000 square foot conference and meeting center, 18-hole Championship Majestic Oaks Golf Course, full-service Calladora Spa, a fitness center, one indoor and two outdoor swimming pools, water sports rentals, an 18-hole miniature golf course, General Store gift shop, live entertainment, special events and more!

  • Weekly stays are limited to two consecutive weeks.
  • Resort guest discounts: $25 off weekly slip rental and $10 off daily and overnight slip rentals for overnight guests of the resort.
  • Electricity surcharges for non-live aboard watercraft: $5 per day for daily, overnight, weekly rentals; $75 for monthly rentals.
  • Electricity surcharges for live aboard watercraft: $10 per day for daily, overnight, weekly rentals; $125 for monthly rentals.
  • Surcharge for holidays and special event weekends: $20 per day for public; $10 per day for resort guests.

All returning 2018 full season members will receive a Lake Lawn Resort Gift Card for $400 if 2019 full season membership is paid in full by 1/31/19.

Or, pay deposit of at least $500 toward full season membership by 1/31/19, and pay balance no later than 4/1/19 to receive a $200 gift card.

(Gift card is valid for use at any Lake Lawn Resort outlet; not valid for payment of any membership dues, deposits, or special events.)

A non-refundable deposit of at least $500 due with contract; full payment due prior to April 1, 2019; no boat will be permitted access without full payment.
