Terms & Conditions

The Elevated Love Story Challenge (the “Giveaway”) is hosted by Lake Lawn Resort. By entering, participants agree to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility

  • Participants must be 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.
  • Only one entry per couple is permitted.
  • Employees of Lake Lawn Resort, its affiliates, and immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
  • The Giveaway is open to residents of the United States unless prohibited by law.

Entry Requirements

To enter, participants must submit:

  1. A photo featuring both partners.
  2. A short written response (approximately 50–100 words) based on the prompt provided.
  3. All entries must be submitted through the official Giveaway landing page during the entry period.

Entry Period

  • Entries will be accepted from December 5 through December 18.
  • Entries submitted before or after this period will not be considered.

Winner Selection

  • One winning couple will be selected by the Lake Lawn Resort marketing team based on creativity, clarity, emotional resonance, and overall presentation.
  • This is not a random drawing.
  • The decision of the marketing team is final.

Prize

  • The winning couple will receive Dinner for Two at 1878 on the Lake on New Year’s Eve, featuring the Prix Fixe Menu priced at $145.00++ per person.
  • A bottle of Moet & Chandon Brut Imperial is included per table as part of the dining experience.
  • Prize has no cash value, is non-transferable, and cannot be substituted or rescheduled.

Winner Notification

  • The winner will be announced on December 19 via Lake Lawn Resort’s official channels and contacted directly using the information provided at entry.
  • The winner must confirm acceptance of the prize within 48 hours. Failure to respond may result in selecting an alternate winner.

Use of Submitted Content

  • By entering, participants grant Lake Lawn Resort permission to use submitted photos and written responses for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, email marketing, and website features.
  • Participants must own all rights to the photos submitted and confirm that all individuals featured consent to their use.

General Conditions

  • Lake Lawn Resort reserves the right to disqualify entrants who violate these terms or submit incomplete, inappropriate, or fraudulent entries.
  • The Resort is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or technical issues affecting entry submission.
  • Lake Lawn Resort may modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway if unforeseen circumstances arise.

Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Lake Lawn Resort, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance of the prize.

Agreement

Submission of an entry constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
