Delavan Lake Fall Photo Contest – Official Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:
The Delavan Lake Fall Photo Contest (“Contest”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Both local residents and Lake Lawn Resort guests are eligible to participate. Employees of Lake Lawn Resort, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

2. Contest Period:

  • Submission Period: Entries will be accepted beginning on the contest launch date and ending November 7, 2025, at 11:59 PM (CST).
  • Public Voting Period: Voting will open on November 9, 2025, and close on November 21, 2025, at 11:59 PM (CST).
  • The winner will be announced on or around November 22, 2025, on Lake Lawn Resort’s official Facebook and Instagram pages.

3. How to Enter:
Participants must submit their original fall photo of Delavan Lake through the official RafflePress contest entry page. Each entry must include the participant’s full name, valid email address, and photo upload. Only one photo submission per person is allowed.

4. Photo Requirements:

  • Photos must be original and taken by the entrant.
  • Photos may feature landscapes, lake views, or seasonal scenes from the Delavan Lake area.
  • By submitting a photo, the entrant confirms they own all rights to the image and that no third-party permissions are required.
  • Photos containing inappropriate, offensive, or copyrighted content will be disqualified.

5. Public Voting:
During the voting period, the public will be able to view all eligible submissions and vote for their favorite. Votes will be collected through the RafflePress platform. Each person may vote once per day. Any fraudulent voting activity, including use of bots or fake accounts, will result in disqualification.

6. Winner Selection and Prize:
The entry with the most valid public votes by the voting deadline will be declared the winner. The winner will receive a $100 Lake Lawn Resort Gift Certificate. The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.

7. Rights and Permissions:
By entering the contest, participants grant Lake Lawn Resort unrestricted rights to use their submitted photo, name, and likeness for promotional purposes in print, online, and social media without further compensation.

8. General Conditions:
Lake Lawn Resort reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the contest if technical issues or other causes beyond its control affect the integrity or proper functioning of the contest. All decisions by Lake Lawn Resort are final and binding.

9. Limitation of Liability:
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Lake Lawn Resort and its affiliates, employees, and representatives from any liability, loss, or damage resulting from participation in this contest or acceptance of the prize.

10. Sponsor:
The contest is sponsored by Lake Lawn Resort, located at 2400 E. Geneva Street, Delavan, WI 53115.
