Photo pass Request

Thank you for your interest in photography at Lake Lawn Resort. To ensure the best possible experience for all of our guests and visitors, a photo pass is required for any professional photography or videography session held on our property. Photo passes are available to both overnight hotel guests and non-resort guests who wish to capture special occasions such as family portraits, senior photos, prom sessions, quinceañeras, engagements, and other celebrations. Please note that wedding photography is only permitted when arranged through a wedding package booked with our Wedding Team and is not available through the photo pass program.

All photo passes must be requested in advance, and applicants should allow three to five business days for a response. Approved sessions are scheduled for up to one hour during select times of day, either between 10:00am and 12:00pm or between 2:00pm and 6:00pm. Each session may include no more than ten participants, including the photographer and any assistants (excluding weddings). Photography is permitted only in designated resort areas, and photo passes are not available for restaurants or boat tours.

To maintain the atmosphere of our property, only handheld cameras and camera-mounted flash are allowed. Additional equipment such as lighting setups requires prior written approval, as does any videography request. The use of drones anywhere on the resort grounds is strictly prohibited. All photography taken at Lake Lawn Resort is for personal use only and may not be used commercially.

Please be aware that photo passes are limited during peak times and holidays, including Easter weekend, Memorial Day and Labor Day weekends, the Fourth of July week, Thanksgiving weekend, and from December 21 through January 3. Additional blackout dates may be applied at the discretion of the resort.
